Prime's Late Night menu is one of the best secrets around. Berkshire County is notorious for few establishments staying open later than 9 or 10pm, but Prime serves a great "condensed" menu until midnight, and the options are many levels more appealing than Taco Bell, McDonalds, or pizza. Good food, but it's the simplicity & quality of this place that's best about it.
